Two tools can be found in the Database Finder to help you choose journals to publish in.

CABELLS Scholarly Analytics maintains two lists of publications: Journalytics, of reputable scholarly journals, and Predatory Reports, of known predatory publishers. These can help you check whether a journal can be trusted or should be avoided.

Journal Citation Reports provides impact information on select journals, such as how often their articles are cited, and more. This can help you identify the most prestigious journals in your field.
