Interlibrary Loan is a free service you can use to order electronic or print materials Rowan doesn’t own.
To order electronic materials, click on Interlibrary Loan on the Campbell library homepage, and go to ILLiad. You will be prompted to log in with your Rowan username and password. In ILLiad, you can use the Article request form to order an article you may have seen cited but that Rowan does not own. Enter as much information about the article as you can, especially the required fields. Most articles will arrive in 1-2 days or less. You will get an email to let you know when the article is available, and you can log in and find it under Electronically Received Articles.
You can also use Interlibrary Loan to order physical items that Rowan does not own. For physical items, go back to the Interlibrary Loan page on the library homepage, and go to EZBorrow. Search for the book you want, and in the list of results, click Request under the correct book. You may need to select your home institution and click Submit, and then click Request under the item again. On the Confirm Request screen, fill out any information if needed, or otherwise just click “Confirm request.” You will be notified in a few days that the item is available for you to pick up at Campbell Library. Or, if you have filled out the Request Off-Campus Delivery form to register for remote delivery, the item will be shipped to your home. See the Remote Delivery video for more details about this process.
